Cause there is a better chance of Donaire knocking out Gamboa than Gamboa being the best fighter whoever lived. Don't tell me u believe that too?

He didn't say THE best boxer that ever lived, he said ONE of the the best boxers that ever lived. Two very different things.

Dustaine, ignore that dude, he doesnt know wtf he is talking about.
Just looking for attention,Gamboa has proved himself so far.Everytime he fights we hear every kind of predictions of getting KO, against Mtgawa,Salido,Solis...but still undefeated and improving .

Just cause some folks thought Mtagwa, Salido, and Solis thought he had a gd chance, doesn't mean I did. I gave Solis a slight chance, didn't think he was gonna come into the fight as weak as he was. Other than that, it was wishful thinking to think the they had a gd chance. They are average fighters at best.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't John co-promoted by Golden Boy these days or was that just like a 2-3 fight deal?

    About Juanma you wrote.

So, the "average" Salido utterly destroyed your (not overhyped at all) boy Juanma, yet the "highly overrated" Gamboa put Salido twice on his ass and won a wide UD.

It's so nice to serve crow.

Look very carefully at what I wrote. He has the making of becoming great. Not that he is great. I thought JuanMa was gd just not great. He had the potential, but Salido who is average had the right style and determination and beat a completely oblivous JuanMa who chose not to box. Could he have been distracted, of course. But he lost and that's that. It wasn't like it was a close decision.

Juanma had the looks that he could be great, that's about it. If you had followed him carefully after Lontchi-Concepción you would have realized it was only looks what he had, and he was going nowhere, he was a trainwreck in the making.

    Passion blinded you.

And what do u think will happen to Gamboa? He's in his early 30's and he does have many flaws whether u like it or not. He is rather to old to change his style, so don't be suprised if he gets knocked out in similar fashion whether it be from an average fighter with the right game plan or a step up in class.

I think, I'm sure, Gamboa adapts way better than Juanma, is a better boxer, way smarter, and simply hits much harder. That is what I think right now.

Is Gamboa invincible and flawless? No, no one is. But is he leagues above Juanma? Yes, he is.

Well since he hasn't lost he is better since Lopez lost to a guy Gamboa beat (even though he had a tough time getting him out of there). But that doesn't change the fact he is still limited. His boxing is not that great, just that he is quick and hits hard.

It's a big deal when there are no real challenges in your divison.
