I thought the guy was a little forward for asking that. He could have at least put a 'if wouldn't mind my asking' in front of it.

In my debut I came out to Dire Straits - Money for Nothing. Then in my last fight I used Luther Van Dross - Ain't no stopping us now. For this fight its either gonna be billy ocean when the going gets tough or rhcp - can't stop.

Unless anyone has any better suggestions!!

Interested to know how big would you say the step up is between amature/unlicensed to professional. How old were you when you got into it aswell?

Its a big step up mate, i would say i fought more talented boxers as an amatuer than at this stage of my pro career but i can hold my hands up and say i was never wobbled once as an amatuer and was renowned for having a solid chin. But its different when you get hit as a pro without the headguard, round about the temple with those small gloves, wouldnt say ive been rocked but you definetly can feel the difference.

I love the scoring system as a pro, the amatuer system is a joke which was one of the reasons i turned over so young.

I believe i had my first fight at around 14, started going to the gym with my mate when i was about 12 or 13?

heres a little interview i done if your interested

    How about Walk by Pantera?

Can't you see I'm easily bothered by persistence
One step from lashing out at you...
You want in to get under my skin
    And call yourself a friend
I've got more friends like you
    What do I do?

    Is there no standard anymore?
What it takes, who I am, where I've been
    Belong
You can't be something you're not
    Be yourself, by yourself
    Stay away from me
    A lesson learned in life
Known from the dawn of time

    Respect, walk

Run your mouth when I'm not around
    It's easy to achieve
You cry to weak friends that sympathize

Can you hear the violins playing your song?
Those same friends tell me your every word

    Are you talking to me?
    No way punk

I have felt for a while that the amateur system is a negative on speed guys. You learn to score points, not hurt someone so they end up learning to 'shoe shine'. They pull punches too quick to get back in position because that is all that is needed. You have any thoughts on that?
