Solid list. I'd have Hopkins a wee bit lower right now, but if he convincingly beats Pascal in the rematch (which I think he will) then he deserves that spot. i'd also have Timbo above Ward and Froch.

    I think I'd have:

    1. Pacquiao
    2. PBF
    3. Marquez
    4. Martinez
    5. Donaire
    6. Hopkins
    7. Bradley
    8. Ward
    9. Froch
    10. Gamboa

Maybe true but you left out most powerful, influential, and respected. Unfortunately, some people today just don't appreciate ****. It's sad that you don't appreciate the blanket of freedom we provide, either way we'll keep on doing what we do, and you can keep on wishing it was you, good luck with everything.

when will ring magzine stop embarassing themselves with their obbession of having american fighters in their top 10.

Pavlik, Dawson, Williams and many more got on there on nationality and not achievements becuase ring feels they need americans to be there.

Ward beat Kessler and that is it - no one else he has beaten is top class and since beating Kessler he has had the easiest fights of all the Super 6 fighters.

hopkins (who beat "top 10 p4p star" pavlik), pascal (who beat top "top 10 p4p star" dawson) should be above him.

watch Froch beat Ward and then not be a top 10 p4p fighter in the ring magazine as they scamble to fight another american figher with an 0 to put in (mike jones maybe).

and the cycle of bull**** will continue.

You could be right. But at this point I still thik JMM will outbox Zab to a win. JMM has dealt with speed before in Pac and PBF so he shouldn't be frozen by Zab's speed even though IMO Zab has the fastest hands of the group.

    what has froch done???
he beat one good fighter in jean pascal who is better now then at the time but ill give him credit for that
but a gift decision against dirrell, which i know ill get hate for saying since if eastsideboxing was real life its headquarters would be in th uk with a branch in the phillipines, an ass whoopin by kessler, being out boxed until jermaine taylor finlly gave out, and abraham which is his signature win but we will see how impressive it is when ward completly outclasses him.

    I can see your point.
I also gave strong consideration to Chris John who has been on my top 10 list in the past but I felt like I just couldn't overlook Gamboa any longer and moved him in and John out.

    Totally agree 100%

And Froch is not going to Beat Ward, People need to stop lying to themselves.

Its going to be another wide UD win for Ward,Froch is too one dimensional to beat Him.

I thought we give boxers the benefit of the doubt if they get a close decision in a close fight. or does that only apply for duran vs barkely or ali vs norton. the kessler fight also wasnt a ass whooping but a very close fight which kessler edged on my card. Froch is having a great streak of fights because he fights everyone, he deserves more credit then he gets to be honest.
