Who else feels '11 Adamek would be tuff as nails for '53 Marciano? I sure as hell do.

    I can't say that Adamek will beat V.K. come September, but I also would never pick Marciano to beat V.K. as well.... However, I think Adamek and Marciano match up fairly well...

    Interesting fight I love both fighters Adamek is small for today but for then he is big at 217

    Marciano is an outstanding puncher with an enormous heart

    sadly in h2h scenarios his size always gets him discredited

    I mean the Rock never lost in the ring so its hard to bet against him the man knew how to win even when he was told he had a round to do it

    Adamek is doing well ever since losing to Dawson fought wars with Briggs and Cunnigham so he's no stranger to adversity

    I feel it goes 10 maybe 12 doubt it goes 15

    I feel Adamek out hustles him before getting cracked

    I cant believe people actually think Adamek goes the distance

    Adamek will struggle to even win a round, Marciano is an elite fighter, high stamina, defensively good, power puncher.

    Adamek will not be slick enough to keep Rocky away, Adamek does not have half the arsenal to knock Marciano out.

    TKO for Marciano by brutal middle round onslought

    People ovverate how LaStarza "troubled" Marciano

    Rocky looked ring rusty in the early rounds and LaStarza still struggled to maintain an early lead.

    Did you notice how from round 7 onward Marciano was literally killing him? thats a bold statement to say that Marciano was "killing" him, but its true, i almost felt sorry for LaStarza

    Adamek would get Anhilated by a prime Marciano

    the rock knocks out adamek with his first punch on the poles chin , christ briggs had him rocking and rolling every round in 2 fights.

    Marciano at 5' 11' stretched to the tilt tall and 185 ripped pounds from circa--'53, would look small next to Tom Adamek of 2011 who is a stretched 6' 2" and a healthy 217 + or - pounds who can box with spry legs and quick hands.... Oh, power, Adamek has average power for a man a little above 200 pounds..... Marciano would have his hands full with Adamek in a time machine.....

    The Joe Louis of 1951 would beat Tomasz Adamek. He would jab Adamek's face off. Walcott, Charles, Moore would all outpoint/knockout Adamek. Marciano would tear Adamek's head off.

    A good fight would be Rex Layne vs Tomasz Adamek

    Bull****..... Yes, Louis was still top-10 in '51, but he only had early success with Marciano cuz Marciano had no lateral movement.... Marciano bobbed and weaved, as well as ducked punches well, but he stood right there in front of you...... Adamek uses his legs and speed way more than Marciano, so no way he (Louis) gets off with the jab like he did with Marciano..... No, sir......
