He hardly complained about the stoppage at all in the post fight interview. He said Salido was the better man and asked him for a rematch. Considering the questionable call by the ref I was shocked at how classy he was, I even made a thread about it immediately after the fight. And I'm no JuanMa fan.

When they were announcing the winner there is a guy in a suit that holds him back several times and it looks as if juanma wants to confront the ref while murmuring ****..........idonno........maybe I'm crazy...

Worst sore loser of his generation.

When practically force fed excuses by the interviewer, Juan Manuel Lopez had this to say...

"No, none of those things effected me tonight".

I think Juanma had a massive ego before this fight. Fighters like that dont take loses well. That ego is also helped get him to where he is, but they always fall harder. Now we get to see how mentally tough he is in his comeback. Learn a lot about a fighter from a loss and vindication can be better than any other moment in a fighters career. Losing a fight brought out the best in Victor Ortiz and the wound from that loss has almost healed.

My guess is Bob has something up his sleeve.. You guys remember when Baldomir threw a ****** wrench into the hyped up Judah-Mayweather fight? later they tried to write it off as a fluke and May-Judah still got made...... Im wondering if Bob is still gonna try and make this fight and during the promotions continue on making excuses for Juanama, so that he can sell this off as an evenly matched fight again. Sure Bob go ahead and try maybe the dumb fans will fall for that one.

Not saying i wouldnt want to see it but they better put this on HBO and not no PPV.:nono

Actually Addie. Poncewas recently had the idea that he was gonna get a rematch.. Whiile he was training for his fight with Broner i use to see him at my gym like 3 or 4 days a week. He told me he was in line for a shot at the fw title and ranked number 1 or high by all the organizations.. He mentioned Lopez as the guy they were hoping for or might get. He took the fight with Broner only for the good pay day and because HBO was showcasing Broner on the Canelo-Hatton card. He wanted to throw a wrench in HBOs showcase, and beat the young hot shot, he even moved out of his natural weight for this chance. Unfortuanately as we all know he was screwed out of a good win... His plan even before the fight was to go back down to Fw. win or lose.

Id like to see Ponce get a shot at Salido(good All Mexican slug fest) and Juanama get the winner. Works out great for Ponce and Juanama (figure it out).... And Salido too cuz he will probably win both fights/
