I think that Chris Byrd would have done pretty good in this type of competition. He is a tremendous athlete.

We had superstars in the UK too. The King of Kings was Brian Hooper, a pole vaulter. I noticed the pole vaulter in the clips did well too. Perhaps its a sport that requires overall fitness.

I remember Amir Khan being in superstars as well. He came in last i think. Though he was still fairly young at the time.

    Frazier swimming. :patsch

Just as an example ANTHONY MUNDINE who was a good boxer, could have been great with the correct upringing, was A GREAT ATHLETE, 11 seconds flat for the hundred meter sprint when he was 17 , also was a professional rugby player who was one of the best if not the best player in the country at the time, he was also chosen to represent the country in basketball, he could easily slam dunk with two hands with ease at five foot ten.

There are close similarities with roy jones junior.
roy was a great athlete FIRST, great boxer SECOND.:yep

Everyone saying this is weak is making me think i need to do hardcore in the gym.

I was lifting 18kg dumbells shoulder press for 5 sets by 5 repitions and thought i was doing well.

You guys saying 160lbs is weak...thats 72.7 kg....i think thats pretty strong.

    damn im weak then lol

Its not a shoulder press. Well it was a shoulder press / military press that joe tried.

Instead he shouldve bent his knees and boosted the bar from his core making it a full body motion

His problem was his technique not his strenght :good

Joe looks like he did absolutley no prep for any event. He was probably training for a fight and took the weekend off for the competition. I also wonder if he participated in any other sports growing up.
