he was a great p4p fighter. 5'6 and a half and started out at lightweight and ended up at heavyweight. Didn't get the title at heavyweight because Jack Johsnon was bullshitting him. He also fought a lot past his prime being blind in one eye and partially blind in the other
I got what you saying, but Duran stayed at lightweight and cleaned out the division going 71-1 and then goes on to beat the best welterweight since Sugar Ray Robinson. His later weight jumping and fighting after retiring blemishes his record a lot, but he took on a lot of risks and won some good fights.
I have him top20 now, edging top15. Beating Floyd convincingly pushes him up inside top15, edging top10. it really depends how he beats him
He fought half blind against guys who were a lot bigger than him. People like to wack off to what Manny has done, but Langford was the real killer :deal
Manny Pacquiao is a cross-eyed asian man. He'd have to wear Kareem Abdul Jabbar's goggles just to get up to half blind.
Honestly I would rank him #2. And if he went and beat Martinez, Williams, or one of the big guys even if its a catch weight, I'd rank him #1 even above Sugar Ray Robinson.
If Pac beat Mayweather he would need to rank up there with the best fighters who ever lived, it would prove he is the total package capable of going up against any style.... Definitely top 10. (I think May beats him tho)
Explain how Manny Paquiao is behind Sam Squat Langford? Langford the man with 32 losses! doesnt langford have over 150 wins?
