Read an interesting interview with Amir Khan, in "Sport Magazine" which you get in gyms, in the UK.

Interviewer: You've got a new conditioning trainer, who's got you on organic food, rather than supplements, shakes and pills - do you feel any different?

Khan: It's made a massive difference, because I feel so much better now. I'm throwing power shots, and feeling better in sparring now. I'm seeing the impact of a good, natural diet.

Interviewer: Was the change motivated by the fact that when you got these pills, you didn't know what was in them? Whereas with a natural diet, you know exactly what is going into your system?

Khan: Exactly. Don't get me wrong, Alex did a great job, but Michael is more of a nutritionist. Your body is like a car. What you put into it is important. You'd want to know if you're putting Diesel into a Petrol car.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I'm thinking Khan only said a lot of this, as it was not for a global audience, and he'd have probably toned it down for say ESPN, but it seems to me that he's trying pretty hard to tell people exactly why he left Ariza.

He was worried he was being juiced.

Not only does both the interviewer, and Khan basically imply that Ariza isn't even a nutrionist - he just gives his athletes lots of supplements and pills - but he implies that he had no idea whatsoever what was in the pills he was given

    What's that based on?

    Can I suggest *******-ation?

Khan has said it's because he didn't like taking pills and supplements

"You'd want to know if you're putting Diesel into a Petrol car."

    What is he implying there?

Khan also has said many times that pac nor himself is on roids and that wasnt the reason of the split, there have been plenty of threads on this subject already, you can look it up everywhere.

of course it was the money

Khan doesn't strike me as someone who would get on his high horse and say ''no i dont like not knowing whats in the pills. im going to someone else''.
Ariza's conditioning was clearly working. I dont think Khan would leave him because he wants to be more Natural.

He left ariza coz of the money pure and simple.

If im wrong, and he did indeed leave ariza because of what he said in this article, then full props to him for being honest

Yeah because it would have made sense for him to say "I left Ariza because me and Pacquiao are on steroids."

Even if he was on steroids or whatever he's hardly going to say it is he.

Trust me, Khan is not that clever. He left because it was a financial decision made by his management team.

I don't think he would say "My father wanted to save money over my conditioning" either..

This is the same kid who was suprised hwo good it felt to eat all natural food insead of some hamburgers that he would burn of while in training. Say what you want but for me khan looked good vs maidana and he didnt vs mccloskey. its more then just styles.

Khan has said he didn't know exactly what he was taking, so how can he then say "oh i've never been given performance enhancing drugs"
