This is a tough call, good fight for boxing. Both guys are top level & this fight has been needed for so long. The poll should stay pretty close too.

Haye's about to save boxing from the clutches of the 2 most boring fighters in history, every impartial boxing fan should be support the Hayemaker in this one. David Haye is going to smash both Brothers. He's just way too quick and way too powerful (especially for Wlad)

Wlad by KO... Fight starts off slow, both guys weary of each others power. Wlad sets pace with jab, Haye stays on his bike. By middle rounds the jab takes its effect on Haye and he slows down, Wlad starts opening up with right hands. Haye sensing urgency starts throwing wild hayemakers, the crowds gets excited by Wlad clinches everytime shutting down Haye's efforts. Late rounds Wlad catches an exhausted Haye and KO's him. Not the most entertaining fight by any stretch, but effective none the less...
You obviously don't know **** about boxing, quite a few hw champs in the past have fought like Wlad. I'm talking even far as back as 100 years. How about Lennox? He was called boring 2, bet you love him though:-( Brit, right? save boxing lol what a joke.
