I think so too. So lets say he put down 20% and financed the rest which is about $24 million.

Assuming he got a very good rate, lets say 3.5%. His interest payments alone would be more than $840K a year.

    So $840K Interest + $300-$450K property taxes = $1.140M-$1.290M a year.

Assuming he continues spending his money on gambling and other stuff, he's going to be another broke brotha.

Hopefully he has paid it. Possible prison time won't bring him any money.

Are you guys sure this is a 30 million home? I mean I am looking at vegas homes and there are very few million dollar homes left. By todays market for vegas, which is utter ****, there is very little chance that home cost 30 mill. Now, if he bought it at peak 4 years ago he may well have paid that. But, if thats the case it is worth a fraction of what he paid, like every other property in vegas.

    From a 2009 article:

Mr. Mayweather declined to say how much he spent building the home, but brokers estimate its value at about $9 million. Comparable custom homes for sale in the area include one for $7.5 million and another for $5 million; home prices in the immediate area have fallen more than 40% over the past year.

This isn't a new house.. I recognize those ugly-ass kitchen cabinets. Gorgeous spot otherwise.
