Pacquiao would have destroyed Salvador Sanchez

    I point you to his fight with Juan Escobar, one of the most mediocre fighters a fighter can fight. Just who is Juan Escobar? Well, he's a bit of a nobody who knocked Sanchez down and almost had him out in the last round of their fight.

    Again, just who the hell was Escobar and why did he gave Sanchez so much trouble? Well lets see...he's a southpaw. He was also the last decent southpaw Sanchez fought.

    As great as Sanchez was, he was out of his element against a southpaw. He struggled to get a draw in that fight and some people called it a robbery. It was Escobar who got robbed, not Sanchez.

    Southpaws were rare before the 90s. Ali only fought one southpaw in his career and he didn't look very good in that fight. The reality is that despite styles that favor one fighter over another on paper, it rarely factor in the intangibles that a southpaw brings. Nobody like to fight southpaws, not even the all time greats and they too had their struggles with lefties.

    Sanchez's weakness was against southpaws and if Sanchez barely survived a very mediocre southpaw in Escobar, he would been annihilated by a southpaw of Pacquiao's caliber.

    I beg to disagree. If you know your boxing, you should have known that Sanchez was a come forward fighter but with better footwork and power in both hands. He has an elite chin too. His long reach would have presented a challenge for pacquiao doesn't have reach. As for quickness, I have El Salvador edging pacquiao.

    Styles make fights except if you are ultra skilled. Salvador Sanchez had trouble with slick fighters. This is why he will be taken to school by an elite counter puncher. Floyd has this style and I see the fight going the distance where Floyd UD's Sanchez. Boxing is not Brawling wild. That's nonsense. It is a sweet science, Fact.

    No . . . you are making a conclusion based on what happened between Escobar and Sanchez.

    That's not how it works in boxing. :D

    Ok if you wanna talk about a young Sanchez.... Well i can guarantee you that Juan Escobar would have ass raped Torrencampo and Singsurat... The famous Manny Pac destroyers.

    In boxing, sometimes is nothing how it should work. That's why we have upsets.

    You are right. I am making a conclusion based on that, because Sanchez went life and death with Escobar, the last southpaw he's ever fought. He almost got knocked out.

    If Sanchez fought a another southpaw after that and did it impressively, I would have giving him the benefit of the doubt, but he never did. Nobody likes to hear the truth, but that truth is that Sanchez almost go knocked out by a mediocre southpaw.

    Floyd don't like fighting southpaws either. That's why he's running and hiding. When he stops beating up on women, he can get in the ring and fight a real man.

    Sanchez beats Pacquiao. Sanchez prefered boxers coming forward like PacMan. He had the style to beat Pacquiao just like Morales and Marquez.
