Aint about power, its about being broken down.

Anyways, Smith, i like him.....a lot (refreshing)

He is gunning, no hiding despite the usual introduction to the pro's.

    Cant fault him.

As said, Simpson stoppage via relentless.

If i wanted a bish bosh with ya , when has Smith apart from his last time out with Simpson, gone 12 ?

This 12 wont be like the last.

No sore hands, no Joe G, no beards.

    Enjoy your night :good

I like Simpson. I've always considered him the domestic Barrera. He stalks and attacks like an assassin. I think Simpson has got the short end of the stick on a couple of decisions. He is quite strong mentally and I think he will try to boss it. Only the first Morris fight I think where he underperformed.

    Good words.

    Mentally ?

    You would have to be.

This is the bit i like about boxing and is probably what (mostly.............and others) draws me to it.......yet dont realise.

The 5 punch combo in the 7th ? Nope i dont recall etc etc.....and i dont........or probably do.

Regardless, its the fighter, be he ballsy or owned or..............ok ok etc etc

Its the mental aspect, as opossed to the physical.

**** yeah, the mental aspect throws the DeGale Groves fight up in the air. It is no longer about skill and talent. Emotions, pressure, anger, hatred etc have all entered the mix.

    Dunno if ya joking, regardless...

Groves/Degale is 50/50 to me.....before there previous fights i would of taken Groves np.

Groves is handy etc and throws all the shots.......and Degale was still dancing to a remix of chunky.

After there last fights, Groves got exposed..........Degale stepped up.........

Anyways, i like Groves........purely as i see him being the fighter you could work with or work on.........style wise.

    Degale wins.

What hand did Smith burst btw ?

I watched live and tbh, have seen bits n bobs since.

    Was it his right ?

Ok, i knows he taller and that aint a given regarding range but...........i dont remember his better hand getting busy.

You say Groves got exposed? But lets look at that exposure in a different light. Groves has faced adversity in the ring and came through it against Anderson. Degale has not yet had that, not denying Degales skills here, I see the fight as 50/50

I disagree with you mate , defenceivly George is very suspect and im sure Adam will be concerned a working on that, but all round degale has more speed, skill and better variety of punches. Degale stoppage 7th,Kenny Anderson punches Harder than both although the volume of punches will force the ref to step in and stop george

Yeah i agree George has a weak defence, but his recovery rate werent too bad, though i guess your point would be that Degale would finish the job. Degale has the better skill set but i think its blinding most to the point that they forget that George has skill too when he uses it.
