A KO is a must, he beat every other Floyd opponent way easier so yeah, a KO is needed here, max effort, no letting Shane off like he did Margarito. Go to war and finish your guy Manny.

Rewatch the bout. If you know boxing, you know the answer to your question. Not every stoppage is via KO.

(Mayweather was close on maybe 2 occasions to finishing the bout via TKO...!!).

Makes you wonder why Shane just stopped fighting like he did the first 2 rounds.

By beating him up and stopping him. A dominant stoppage > any kind of points win.

By that logic, every time any fighter is hurt, "the bout is close to finishing via TKO...!!"

Mosley was hurt, but at no point was he seriously close to being stopped.

I guess it's a matter of executing his game plan.
Floyd almost perfectly executed his, so if it's Pac's gameplan to stop Mosley early or box early and stop late, then that ought to do it.
TBH tho, outside of the 2nd round, I find it difficult for Pac to top May's performance against Mosley.

Am I the only person on the planet who thinks it's weird how Mosley "capitalized" on those 2-3 solid hits that he landed on Floyd?
I mean c'mon, my grandma could've followed through'd way better.
It's like he was overwhelmed with excitement or something.
