- You're going to sorely disappointed by Pac-JMM III, sorely disappointed - If every fighter is "Damaged" after they have lost a fight, then 90% of the wins achieved in boxing history were over "Damaged" fighters. An idiotic p-o-v. Hatton didn't look too "Damaged" when he solidified his position as the #1 lww on the planet by dominating and stopping Paulie Malignaggi far easier than Miguel Cotto dealt with him
LaMotta was susceptible to bribes and was willing to take a dive for money. Morales always gives it his all, the reason he quit against Pacquiao is because it simply didn't make sense to fight on. There's having heart and there's being stupid. Being stupid would be to fight on in that third fight and possibly have his career ended, having heart is getting into the ring with a legitimate, young, hard hitting contender in a weight he wasn't that familiar with, and make him look completely ordinary for at least 6 of the 12 rounds. Morales is an absolute legend, if you want to question his heart, check the first fight with Barrera. Morales is a legitimate ATG, unlike 2 of the 3 mentioned. :rasta
Morales is an ATG and a true warrior. I've never said otherwise. However, there have been fighters who have lost, who have lost badly, and have refused to quit due to fighting pride or due to the hope/belief that you can turn it around at some point. It doesn't make you stupid to have fighting pride, it doesn't make you stupid to have hope/belief in your ability to turn a losing fight around.
True, I stand corrected. Morales wouldn't have turned that fight around against Pacquiao and he knew it, hence his head shake whilst sitting on the canvas. However, some people didn't give him a chance in hell against El Chino, but Morales knew he could do it. "Am I the only one who thinks I will win" he said at the press conference. I'd say that is heart. :rasta
- people that spell "lose" as "loose" are stupid - republicans are ******ed - atheists are correct - politics are a sham, period - floyd is a selfish, con-man with suspect talent - we live in the matrix - society is in massive decay - mma is good, boxing is better - and to really ruffle some feathers, coke IS better than pepsi
Clottey carried Pacquaio. He threw damn near nothing at Pac, but the few times he did, he was busting Pac up. That he would refuse to throw any shots even though he was succesful leads me to believe the fix was in. Also Jerry Jones, probably having a few too many drinks during the fight stated after the fight that he gave Clottey an extra Million for the good effort. Also pre fight Clottey's trainer stated off of the record that Clottey wouldn't be coming into the ring any higher than 155 or 156. If you follow Clottey's career you know that he comes into the ring weighing from 163 to 170. That his trainer would state he would only be 155/156 can lead you to believe that the fix was in. It could also be a reason for him not throwing any punches, as he wouldn't have the energy.
Manny Pacquiao needs to take more control of his own career rather than passing the buck to those around him. The Haye-Klitschko and Adamek-Klitschko fights have no real value in the grand scheme of things.
That Pac beat JMM both times clearly, that Floyd beat Castillo both times but THE SECOND FIGHT WAS CLOSER. That Duran's going the distance with Hagler and leading after 12 rounds is one of the most incredible accomplishments in all of sports history.
Roger Mayweathers trainer was white. Roger says white trainers cannot train ****. Roger is calling himself ****. Then we believe his words on Pacquiao like he is the second fooking coming.
George Foreman hates Max Kellerman. Mosley vs Floyd was fixed. Lou Dibella had Duane Ford in his pocket Taylor Hopkins 1 Joe Cortez is the worst ref of all time Sergio Martinez is really not Sergio Martinez he is really 40 years old Amir Khan is the most overrated in all of boxing Manny is really the best WW of all time. Vic Darchinyan is Canadian
