any bantamweight... they are smaller than the average human being and even without gloves would not be very powerful. Obviously most heavyweights would be the best street fighters. Who is gonna run up on Klitschko or Valuev or Haye? if they do then they r idiots.

Yes indeed, but boxing is a tv sport.. If you want to defend your self on the streets, boxing isnt the best choice..

How is someone gonna stop Abraham ?

Remember This is not a boxing fight,This is a streetfight. ANYTHING GOES.

a Knee to the face, headbutt to the mouth, low blow below the belt,Bottle across the head.

Iron beard or not,all that is going to add up :good

Never said it was or wasn't, but this thread isn't about the most effective street self-defense method. I'm not talking about boxers against trained fighters of other disciplines, or against broken beer bottles... I don't think that was the question asked in this thread. I was referring to PROFESSIONAL boxers against average street-fighters.

In any case, I don't know about your 'TV sport' comment. I don't care what fight discipline you're in. Boxing skills absolutely help. Nothing 'TV sport' about it. Very practical for whuppin ass.

AA has a one punch KO power. Your argument is invalid.

Most boxers would destroy the common street fighter. A guy like Malignaggi or Mayweather wouldn't be using their in-ring boxing styles in a street fight. They would be landing fast, technically sound, accurate, power punches while their opponent would flail away with uncoordinated, looping shots.
