    Calzaghe > Kessler > Froch > Dirrell.

Calzaghe was a much better boxer than Dirrell is. As the fight would be a boxing match, you'd have to assume that Calzaghe would simply outbox him easily and win something like 10 rounds. I don't see a stoppage or either man getting hurt, honestly. There is little doubt in my mind that Calzaghe would school him though because he was far more technically skilled. Dirrell is all about his athleticism but Calzaghe would take that away from him without too many scares.

They didn't land much in the Hopkins fight. And when they landed in the Jones fight they didn't do a damn thing to a guy with a glass cranium. Calzaghe's hands aren't faster than Dirrell's. Calzaghe's hands only look slightly fast when he is slapping. And for the record Calzaghe doesn't have power like that. He only has two real KO's on his resume. All the rest are TKO's and some of those were of the hometown Wales variety, like the Manfredo stoppage.

Dirrell would have never signed a contract to fight Joe Calzaghe.

Good style match up for dirrell. I see this as a close fight. calzaghe was a real volume puncher against stationary guys. Dirrell is not a stationary guy, would negate joes volume. Also has faster hands and quite a bit more power. I think dirrell could edge him.
