yeah and floyd won't fight pacquiao coz he from TR too. is it just a coincidence that both cotto and pac are from TR when they are the biggest threat at welter when floyd retired so as not to fight them?

Err no. Cotto had been destroyed ever since the margo beat down. He has never and will never look the same again. Margo took his soul that night.

He should have accepted and pushed through mosley challenge instead he allowed to be matched up with cotto who just came through a war with the human punching bag clottey, pac knew right then he wanted cotto, in fact he even says it after the fight when cotto looked like ****.

I wonder if cotto knocked out clottey in the 9th round and looked impressive would he have still said that? :rofl

Because that is exactly what mosley did, and pac and his camp went very quiet and span it that cotto beat mosley.

Imagine ortiz calling out mayweather now, and mayweather instead fights maidana after his unimpressive outing against morales, he would get shitted on and rightfully so.

This is exactly what pac has been doing these last few years.:deal

    Call a spade a spade.:thumbsup

Fact is, both Floyd and Pac could have fought him a lot earlier and they chose not to. How he's a more lucrative opponent now that he's almost 40 I can't figure.

Did you finish watching that video? Roach went on to say the fight wasnt made because Mosley was fighting under a different promotion and the fight is easier to make now.

Oh and Williams never fought in the same division the same time Pac was in it so you can throw that speculation out. Out of all people I have no idea as to why you would bring up Williams :huh. It would be like accusing Floyd of ducking Martinez.

FLoyd is ducking martinez and so is pac.

Martinez says he can come down to 154 to fight.

Martinez is top 5 p4p at this moment.

Both floyd and pac are champions or have been champions of that weight.

There is no excuse what so ever for them not to accept the challenge.

And i include williams because at the time he always said he would be willing to come down to 147 to take on the top fighters, it hard to stay there win you constantly being ducked.

If you think Floyd Mayweather doesn't very carefully weigh up risk vs reward before he handpicks each opponent, you're insane. Mayweather is far more guilty of this than Pacquiao is. Pacquiao made his name going in against the best of his era multiple times, and has since cut a swathe through some of the top fighters in weight divisions which are too high for him. Since Castillo proved to Floyd that he was not invincible, Floyd has been guilty of horrendous cherrypicking... and Castillo 1 was NINE YEARS ago now.

Congrats. You just answered your own question as to why when Mayweather doesnt fight Cotto/Margarito its considered ducking. Difference being is Cotto and Margo were both campaiging in the same division as Floyd. Whereas both Pac and Floyd are not campaigning at 154 and were only there for a one night stand.
