Which boxers would be the worst street fighters?

For the record, I would go with the minimum world ranked in the world minimumweight as being the "worst". But not to come off as having a stick in my ass, and for shits and giggles purposes, if I were to throw a "recognized" name out there...

The worst might be Paulie. I heard people saying Floyd would get whipped in a street fight. I don't know about that. Didn't he drop 50 cent. Boxer are not going to fight the same way they do in a ring anyway. Why do you think boxers are licensed? They can seriously hurt someone.

To the 6"2 guy who thinks he would whoop floyd just because his size..

obviously u are just a big stupid clown that hides behind his size, paul williams is your height and he would destroy u. he has more skills, movement and punching power, an then floyd would beat him.just because ur big does not mean u hit hard ur body mass works against u, a smaller guy can generate more kinetic energy use his whole bodyweight for a punch whereas a big guy cannot put his whole body into a punch, unless he spends that extra time loading and is skilled. U state u have had 20 amatuer fights or something what does that prove the heavyweight division is about as deep as a bathtub.

Rugby players come into the gym all the time weighing 200 plus pounds and get pounded on by the smallest fighters in the gym. the facts are a big guy cannot land a punch he will be hit a massive amount of times bareknuckle and his face will end up looking twice as bad as margarito plus throw in the fact that big guys have no heart because they have not had to fight for anything in their lifes and hide behind their size, most are pussies at heart.

Anyone seen shaq v mosley? They had headgear on with sparring gloves on and mosley rocked shaq atleast twice who outweighs him by 150 pounds. Shaq would put a pounding on some average heavyweight amatuer bum just because heavyweights dont have the skill level to deal with opponents larger than themselves. if the gloves were off mosley would knock anyone's head off on the street guaranteed.

I am obviously not saying all heavyweights lack skill it doesnt need to be said that there are awesomely skilled heavyweights that useto be champions and maybe 2 currently today, but i would back soemone like valero to destroy any heavyweight amatuer rip their face open and make them quit, floyd would humiliate u 6"2 heavyweight guy, thats not even big thats more like average these days

 

pawing jab and grab and hold technique are not so handy in the streets brudda.

 

did u read the thread. A broken bottle or knife could do damage when it clashes w/ a straight right.

 

I have a hypothetical scenario for you...you can create your own....this could be quite fun (limit it to two heavyweights per team only....seven fighters per team, and a non heavyweight must captain and lead the team in a street fight)

Just cause Oscar has the nice boy image and all dont think he wouldnt totally anihillate a regular streetfighter. Why is he on here? He proved he could go toe toe, had good power,great speed,good chin.. you can see he was all buisness,and had a mean streak.

 

i know a professional lightweight from round my way,has a record of like 5-0 (1) not gonna make the great but is decent,cant bang much though,he took out 3 guys at the same time,2 with amateur boxing background,all 80kg +

 

Not where I am from. Streetfight often involves weapon. Guns and knives. Let's assume they do not use guns. I saw big men die or run from a knife wielding small men, even if the big man has his own knife.

 

where im from everything goes in the streets we arent any fancy pride wearing ****ers who thinks street fighting is a gentlemens sport and clearly you havent been in a fight after you turned 10 cuz that is the hard cold truth.
