it means he is not afraid to take on these fighters but is just afraid to lose his stature. he is on this belief that because he is undefeated, he is the GOAT and is selling his fights because people wants to see him lose. my theory here is, i believe that floyd thinks that he can beat pacquiao, but he sincerely believes that by doing so, it is not easy and he might get the worst beating of his life as what he sees from previous pac's opponent.
