Well you did win the bet for this one I'm afraid (freaking Kong, made me lose even though he didn't, how the hell did he pull that off?:huh ), but we can throw some on Agbeko-Mares IF it happens, which is not a guarantee. Darchinyan-Mares-Donaire - a fight between these 3 is inevitable, and only if it's Vic-Nonito we'll get the original BW final. Agbeko might have killed his big payday with this sudden injury, and he killed mine that's for sure.

 

I got the feeling the fight was gonna go the way of haye - thompson with vic putting everything into the early rounds but then fading... Perez was losing badly but I had a feeling he could handle vics power. Going into the final round I had a sense vic was falling into a trap but the cut changed everything... Just goes to show how futile a fight plan based on finishing strong can be.

 

I dont see how it cannot happen. How can you start a tournament and only give away the bronze medal? Nah this one HAS to happen (If Agbeko get's well again ofcouse) I dont think Mares or Darchinyan should go anywhere near Donaire. The money's not THAT good and it's a fight they cannot win. I'd be supporting Mares all the way, but no way in hell he's beating Donaire. Maybe if Donaire hadn't already lost once early in his career Mares would have had a chance to take away his 0, but I fear the only 0 that'll go is Mares' 0.
