Paul McCloskey update

    Paul says he's taking a break, is absolutely insulted by being called a quitter, wants more world level fights, is upset that he didn't get a chance to try his full gameplan against khan.

    "I want to fight at World level now, big names, no going back, but if no-one big is available, even the guys hanging around the fringes, anyone, I want these fights and I can win those fights. Khan got riled by my words, he couldn't hit me clean. He was getting annoyed, angry, and frustrated. I was still in stage one. I never got my chance to unload in the second half... I'm in shock, what was the doctor thinking there? jesus fella.... But I want more good level fights, so I can get world level chances. "


    regarding other options..

    "I want the big fights, win lose or draw I have a lot to offer world level boxing. I never got a chance to show my offence against Khan, but you saw my defence, I'm a fighter, not a quitter,and I wont rest until I become champion"

    Well then McCloskey better, start fightng in the US.. Because he didnt show he was a worthy top contender, and beating run of the mill euro fighters isnt gonna cut it. HBO wont give him a shot unless he beats another top Contender... Maidana,Alexander,Peterson,Holt-DIaz,Mathheuyse winner etc. But im guessing its back to the Euro level drawing board.
