    Yeah, somebody who does intense exercise needs carbs to fuel them. Everybody needs fat aswell. Bad sugars aren't so bad when consumed after a workout and you want to recover more quickly. All sorts of macronutrients have a place and can be consumed safely at different times in sensible quantities. Trans fats excluded.

    would it be fair to say that suger is carbs and any carbs you dont burn turns to fat..?

    It is me. White rice has nothing to do with white (refined) sugar. Brown rice is even better than white rice. Similar to how chewing jaw full of coca plant leaves is a whole different physiological experience than doing a line of cocaine.

    The answer is all in the liver, the liver's reaction to the toxicity of sugar, and the cascade of bad crap that happens to other systems like cholesterol and inflammation. Anyone here trying to sell you on refined sugars having ANY redeeming qualities other than taste? DKSAS.
