What that makes perfect sense, if you're training daily chances are you're not training at a very high intensity or you're not letting yourself recover. Getting fitter is about quality not quantity and letting your body adapt. Again that's something that's well documented and has been known as fact for a long time now. Training every day isn't smart unless you're a mother going for her jog around the park. Any sort of athlete trying to get fitter or stronger in some way needs a periodised plan to make real progress

Doesn't mean its true though. Tis probably a case of what works for others might not work for some as we all have different constitution. Some trainers say isolation is a myth but some world class trainers doesn't think so.
Umm.. It's not. Read a book or some journal articles and get with the times. Anybody who thinks it's an advantage to train at high altitude doesn't understand what they're doing, it doesn't matter who they are. Why would a nutritionist be concerned with high altitude training btw? Or a committee? Any exercise scientist who has done even ten minutes of research on high altitude training is going to understand very quickly why it's not advantageous to train at high altitude. High altitude training is something that's seen as progressive and beneficial to people that don't understand exercise physiology. The same people who probably think you get a performance advantage by breathing in extra oxygen. Or wearing a power band. Any perceived benefit is going to be a placebo.
That doesn't even make sense. What does isolation is a myth mean? High altitude doesn't have different effects on different people, there are laws of human physiology that affect everyone. It's like saying heroin boosts some peoples immune systems. It doesn't happen.

I think Ariza is right about how the fight will go.. Pac will turn it up in 3rd and Richardson will stop it in the 5-6th but i doubt that has much to do with Mosleys altitude training

Actually High altitude training results are subjective. Most people benefit from it while others just damage their bodies because they can't cope with it. Certainly Manny ain't one of those guys. Probably another tactic on Pac's camp.
