    Casamayor should be at the top above Bradley.
    Watch his fights and see how many times he intentionally tries to headbutt people. I would put at top then Holyfield. Holyfield did more damage with it though...So guess he should be #1.


    Johnson on the other hand.
    I dont feel his are intentional. He is just a heads down come forward guy.

    I do feel Ward does it intentionally.
    Bradley Im 50/50 with about intentionally.
