There are alot of charges in this case, but the Prosecuter always goes for the big charges to start with.

Some will be dismissed for sure. I think it's unlikely he will do any real jail time. He will probably cop a plea deal, get a year or 2 probation, community service, and a heavy fine.

He COULD fight, he's not been found guilty of anything, he's a free man. All this **** will go away, they are just buying time to figure it out. If they ever do get to trial he will either walk or pay a small price, doubtful jail time. He may have to play nice to the security guards and buy them cotton candy weekly, and we know his ex doesn't want his ass in jail since he will be supporting her and the kids for life. This is just buying time, likely this will all get dropped eventually and Floyd will never actually have to even show up for court. He can fight whenever he wants, but lets be honest, he's human too and I know this **** is eating at him while they find a way to wiggle him off the hook again. But he will walk, I'd bet on it.

It is a very simple case that could easily be settled out of court.

Postponements are usually at the request of either the prosecution or defense. If the case is settled now, they can not use the reason "He has a pending case, therefore he can not fight." The Case had been postponed before already. The american court system is quite quick when handling simple cases like domestic violence.

He can not cop a plea deal this time and get probabtion.

He was convicted before already with a suspended sentence. That means a re-offense of similar nature would be a jail time.

It depends if that particular charge will stick, which it may not. And it worked for Roger Mayweather, who had been convicted prior to his last case of aggravted assault.

He copped a plea, and is not in jail.

    here is frauds case :

a> If ever HIS FRAUD CASE gets extended or postponed .. a way to duck pac
b> If ever HIS FRAUD CASE does not get extended or postponed, fraud will check his UNCLE's case and will use it to duck pac since fraud needs UNCLE to train
c> If everingthing fails, we can still re use the $100M to fight ... or no fight at all
d> If ever $100M fails, we can recheck reasons a,b,c again
e> If option d fails, FRAUD will create another obstacle anyways fraud has his ZOMBIE-BRAINED-JOYBOYS to believe on what ever reason he shows out and makes himself clean , making pac the one ducking him
f> If option e fails, he can retire again or do another vacation due to court stress
    g> ...

see FRAUD has more options than any person has ... unless IRS will include on its demand of late payment to fight pac hahaha LoL
