    Boxing Ireland bumped into Stephen Smith in Joe Gallaghers Gym today as he did a final warm up and check weight ahead of tomorrows weigh in for highly anticipated British and Commonwealth title rematch with Greenock tough nut John Simpson.

    Smith was 1/2lb under the limit and looking strong as an ox.

    Ha ha! I knew that would raise and titter! But seriously, hats off to the guy, its rare you see a guy looking in such good shape, reminded me a little of Rendall Munroe.

    Somewhere in Liverpool at 3pm, sorry I cant be more specific but I dont know. Pendle something - or something like that.

    Should be a brilliant fight. Smith looked specacular in the gym today, firing on all cyclinders. Really sharp and comfortable - here is another pic.
