avoided Cotto, Margarito, Paul williams, now Pacquiao..yup "COWARD" is the right word.

 

ESPN sportscasters called Floyd a COWARD on national live TV.

 

Floyd is a great fighter. But he is no Pacman. Pacman would know him out in 5 rounds. Honestly nobody can beat Pacman right now. Nobody this from 175 on down.

What the hell kind of spin is that? Obviously he didn't fight them, that's the only proof you can ever have that someone didn't duck. Even a death could be staged as an elaborate duck. Clearly, only someone who's insane would kill themselves to cover up a duck, but you can't prove it. There's no way to prove he didn't duck them. However, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. He should be innocent until proven guilty. The same goes for Manny. You can speculate whether he's juicing or not, but he's clean until proven dirty.

The reason for the postponement is purely a lawyer move so they can charge Mayeather more money. The intellegent argument of the lawyer is because Mayweather refuses to settle out of court with the guard so they tell Mayweather he should not risk getting any more marks against his record before he goes against the DA. They tell him the Judge will take his record into account when sentencing. A poke in the face is still an assult and he would still count as a violance problem even though it is a minor offence. Moving that case back takes it out of the equation. Easy money.

The Charges won't just go away! The charges are brought by the DA not the Ex. Don't expect the charges to be thrown out or dropped unless Mayweather makes a plea deal. That means a min. of JAIL time. Mayweather will have to win in court for him not to do less than 6 months with a very soft hearted Judge. Ha!
