Haye has just confirmed on his twitter account that HBO will be airing a face off between Wlad and Haye. Date tbc.

Here's what he had to say...
"Just did HBO face off with Wlad Klit. I made him look like a prize twat. He wanted to truly kill me!! Ha ha ha"

It's good to see that HBO are taking an active role in hyping the fight. Both men have entertaining personalities. I'm interested to see how it all went down. Thoughts??

Should be good. They also have one coming up for the Hopkins-Pascal rematch.

I think a key aspect of this fight is that, for the first time ever, Wlad does not have the edge mentally. Even against Brewster the second time, he had the edge. The Klitschkos are clever with their psychology and what some people may consider little things, such as stealing Johnson's glasses or having both brothers there for the stare down, give them a psychological edge. However, this time around, Haye isn't a scared opponent and he's got under Wlad's skin. It's a new situation for Wlad yet Haye thrives on that time of anger.

Haye didn't act scared in the build-up to Valuev and Harrison. He acted confident. Yet he fought like a scared ***** in *BOTH* fights.

The lesson you should have learned is that Haye will act and talk one way in order to hype up and sell a fight to his Brit fans, but in the ring he fights cautiously and hesitant.

    He'll do likewise vs. Wlad.

I don't think the mind games will have much of an affect on Wlad tbh. Perhaps a younger Wlad would have crumbled under the spotlight but he has a wealth of experience to draw
upon these days. It won't be the first time someone has talked **** to him. Nonetheless, I'll reserve my final judgement until I've seen both camps in the build up to the fight.

Unfortunately I have no idea when it airs. Perhaps someone with inside information can fill us in ie chef or boxing domain.

What is this Face Off, and more importantly, who won the event?

edit; never mind, I just looked it up.

I have a feeling Wladimir won the event

Listen, britard you keep talking bull ,typical british crap. All you do is Haye is not scared, haye makes more money than Klits, Haye got speed and the power , haye is most entertaining ,but I think haye is another hyped brit and he's no better than herbie hide ,and you know how hide did against Vitali.
