No, what you have to do is clamp down in random close fights. Its the only fair way to do it.:deal

And then, when Brit fighters fight in the USA and get hurt they can just stand perfectly upright, waiting to get KO'd.;)

What's incredibly ****ed up is that Mijares (who I mentioned earlier tongue-in-cheek as being more popular among pro boxing judges in my RBR thread) has an almost opposite style to him yet they both get equal disregard. WTF do these people want?

How many people would be scoring it a 10-8 if Woodhall hadn't put the idea in your head?

Hatton would punch while hitting, he'd be aggressive, it wasn't a survival tactic the majority of the time. Sometimes it was bad though. It often means the fighter just doesn't have a defence.

He's a lot better than IMO. He has just come off a 6 month lay-off and straight into a fight with the IBF No3 and there is no-one at domestic level who can beat him. I reckon we will see him challenging for World titles.

Hatton/Urango was one of the worst cases of constant hugging I've seen in a while. It was clearly his plan to throw a hook, the hold. And he'd get away with it for every fight, til Mayweather of course and then it was the ref's fault!

Seriously doubt that. He's nothing world class about him in the slightest.

Someone please tell me that Paul Edwards lost to the guy with the dead level record. :D

If he's not going to give Bayaar what ought to have been an obligatory rematch, nothing would be more pleasing than to see his zero lifted (except maybe losing "his" title to Chris Edwards in June).

IMHO thats a skill in itself, part of real-life boxing. They can't all do 12x3s looking like Willie Pep.

The point deduction is academic anyway when you take away Simpsons for hitting behind the head..;)

    That decision was a joke.

Clear Simpson win, he must be totally fed up of it.

I also had at worst a draw in the first fight but tonight was clearcut, robbery.

    Its the downside to boxing.
