What does his dealing with Showtime have to do with anything?

At that time $10 mil was big money, now $10 mil is $100 mil. If Floyd asks for $10 or even $15 mil now to fight Margarito or Cotto, don't you think it would be a done deal? Why $100 mil to fight Pac? Because just as $10 mil was too high to fight Margarito or Cotto, $100 mil is too high for a Pac fight now. If you don't want to fight, price yourself out of it!

You need to understand that Floyd found out what he was worth and Arum could have paid him 10 million back then. I haven't heard Floyd say he asked for 100 million to fight Manny.

Why should he ask for 10 or 15 million, when he got 22.5 for his last fight???:rofl:rofl:rofl

You idiot. He made more than $10 mil fighting Baldo. Even more fighting ODLH. So if Arum, Cotto, and Margo really wanted to fight you would think they would offer something reasonable. Guess what? They didn't.

Where do they find you fools? Don't you have an ESPN poll to vote on?

 Really? it was a major coup for boxing in general. There's potential of a lot of major mainstream exposure. it could reap some serious rewards.

When you ask me **** like that, it tells me a lot about you...not in a good way.

One would think that was common sense.

Baldo, the terror of welterweights. Yeah, who would not want to fight that guy. It was a very successful snore bore. Not even Margarito begging him up close to fight him was enough to man up and defend at least his honor. Instead he pussied up bigtime and froze in his seat. Margarito's sneer as he leaves is classic.

Oh, he's definitely fallen from grace by now. He can't even show up to a boxing event without getting booed by the boxing republic, if they show his face on jumbo-screen.. he's playing the victim, not the villain. He's disingenuous. Everything from here on out is the IRS hounding him until he's broke.

During an interview following Jesse Vargas's victory, Floyd was asked if he did indeed ask for $100mil to face Pac and he refused to answer the question.

Floyd's only defense to his choice of Baldomir was the fact that he was the Lineal Champ. Still doesnt change the fact that he was a C-class journeyman who had 9 losses when Floyd faced him, then went on to lose 3 of his next 6 fights after Floyd. Baldo was just lucky enough to catch a fighter (Zab) who's a mental midget and happened to overlook the journeyman.

At least you dont over inflate Floyd's purse amounts like most Floydboyz here. According to them, he made $70mil for his bout with Mosley!
