Soto has worked his way to the top and has taken a very hard road. He deserves the big fights but he probably will not get them cause he is high risk low reward despite being very exciting.

What I want to know is why Soto is still ducking Mercito Gesta. Mercito has been calling out Soto since 2007 in english and spanish. Soto all of the sudden doesnt speak spanish. Soto is a ''Good''not ''Great '' fighter. He has looked very medipcer at light weight. juan manuel marquez would knock him out at the weight. Morales maybe. Barerra by a wide decision or late Ko at lightweight. No one ducks Soto !
