The other day I was at the gym talking with some friends and we got into a conversation about Manny. Basically stating that he was a great fighter and the outcome between Floyd vs Manny. One of my friends said that Manny isn't so great because he has only beaten 12 world champions. I thought it was 14. I'm not sure about it. Can you guys help me out?

You're going to get a debate because of the Linear Champion.

He's beaten 14 belt holders but that number doesn't mean much because there are 5 or 6 different "major" belt holders per division at any given time. So why even worry about that number? Pacquiao is clearly a top 50 ATG right now and he keeps enhancing his legacy with every fight. If he beats Mayweather he's top 10 ATG. Anyone who tells you Pacquiao isn't top 50 ATG is crazy.

Manny beat mostly washed up weight drained world champs. His biggest test is vs Shane Mosley. if he gets past shane he is a top 100 atg.

You are overrating Pac a bit here. He's top 120 at best even after he beats legendary Mosley.

Thanks :good I asked because my friend was making it seem that Manny ain't ****. I agree with everything you said except for him being a top 10 atg if he beats Floyd. Im sorry but there is no way in hell Manny will be a top 10 atg. I highly doubt he makes the top 25 when his career is over. He doesn't have the resume.

Lol this is a joke yeah!?

Hes in the top 50, but top 10...NOW....No way my friend!

He certainly has the ability/ resume to get up in the rankings...Especially if he takes on a martinez & or beats Floyd....but there is no way in hell Pac takes Robinson's place at #1....

If he beats Floyd, Martinez, Khan and then __________ (insert up and coming young starlet).

Then he is ATG top 10.
