Round 1

Quillin bends forward and jabs at chest-level. They come together in a brief dosey-do. Quillin keeps jabbing from range, outlanding Brinkley easily. Brinkley again steps into him and tries to hold and hit low with his right hand. Quillin glides out and starts tagging Brinkley with long jabs to the face. Brinkley just leans into them with his hands down, moving his head around slowly. Brinkley tries to jab his way in, and fails. Quillin has him hurt!!! Brinkley backed to the ropes!! Quillin opens up!! Brinkley is rolling his upper body, trying to slip...butt against the ropes. Brinkley ducks, popping up and down. Quillin takes a step back, allowing Brinkley off the ropes. Big 1-2 by Quillin, jab misses and the cross just clips him on the chin!

Brinkley has his chin tucked, jabbing out. Quillin isn't rushing anything. Brinkley throws some double jabs and right hands, with Quillin employing some Neo in the Matrix defense to not get hit once. Quillin adjusts his trunks calmly. Brinkley comes surging forward throwing hard, and Quillin bangs him with a straight right hand counter down the middle. Brinkley lunges in with a 1-2 and actually catches Quillin's face as Kid Chocolate is pulling back. Brinkley then holds him until Cortez has them break. Quillin again catches him with a hard straight counter right hand.

Major reach and speed difference in this one. Brinkley will have to dig WAY down to not get discouraged in this one.

Or atleast let me say, Brinkley will have nothing but pain if he allows this to stay outside like this. He needs to get in there and smother Quillin's long arms and work him inside if he's to have a chance.
