JMM already stated that he prefers 143 lbs for the Pacquiao fight. 143 is in the welterweight division territory (140.1 lbs to max of 147 lbs). So PAC-JMM 3 will be for the 147 title (if PAC is successful defending it against Mosley).

the reason such a fight is now being push is because of blind patriotism being shown by some mexicans fans, now that floyd has confirmed his returned, pac should be fighting none other than floyd.
