Its on in the Craigavon Leisure Centre in County Armagh, Northern Ireland on June 25th.

It clashes with Kell Brook on SKY and Macklin in Germany (probably Premier Sports) so aint an ideal date but Haughian and Ryan Greene are decent ticket sellers so I doubt they give a toss.

Not the handiest place in the world to get to to see a fight either.

Have a word with Terry O'Connor Jeff. See if he might be inclined to judge this one in your favor. Completely legit of course.

Lads honest I know i'm up against it, i'm not daft but I can't wait to test myself against the champion. I could prob string 5-6 wins against journeyman but I want to be a champion and this is a great opportunity. Stephens a quality fighter and a nice boxer- i'm not naive it will take something really special from myself to beat him.

Lifes about taking chances. I prob won't talk much about the fight again after today. Just want to focus on what I need to do. But I promise you's I will do myself justice and i'm confident that my best will be good enough to beat even a top fighter like Haughain. In his hometown no less. A good pal of mine said that in life you don't get many second chances- much less in a sport as tough as boxing.

They've given me 8 weeks which is the most i've ever had to play with before a big fight. ***an, Mcallister were both 2 and a bit weeks notice and Hardcastle about 4. I've got a great trainer in Kevin Maree and I'm going to give it my very best shot.

If the odds represented the poll, I'd be tempted to put a few quid down on Haughian:bbb
