Yeah. In Tagalog, she would say it as

"Ay oo. May bakante sa banda dun at sa banda dito."

In English, she actually wanted to say..

"Oh yes, my car is parked nearby. By the way, I see some vacant parking spaces back there and another one here."

She was just trying to be extra helpful and give a nice tip where to find a good parking spot.

Actually Pacman is quite intelligent and can express himself when speaking in his native Tagalog language. English is not his primary language. I've seen all of his interview and sometimes he may not give the answer related to the question. But Bob Arum, Michael Koncz, Freddie Roach, etc. seems not to be bother with that. The important thing he can fight and give the boxing fans what they wanted, a good fight!

English is the native tongue of the English, everyone else speaks an english dialect.

English is a ******* language anyway, made up from a mixture of other languages.

tagalog is not his native tongue, it's bisaya.

and trust me when i say this... he is sharp and very witty. he displayed that during his campaign for a congressional set in sarangani.

i know coz i speak bisaya.

he is not tagalog, he is bisaya.

he doesnt even speak fluent tagalog, but that's expected if you are a bisaya.

Your question seems dumber than you think and your correlation of language skills and intelligence is testament to that. I know of some mathematical geniuses who could not articulate well but, could solve complex equations.

I bet that Pac makes more $$$ in one major fight than you will ever see in your lifetime. He will probably become boxing's 1st billionaire especially if he becomes successful in politics. Never underestimate anyone dude.

Any linguist will tell you that as a second language English is oneof the hardest tongues to learn ,

as a politician and compared to Joe Biden or Sarah Palin - Pac comes across as more of a wit than Christopher Hitchens and Oscar Wilde put together .

Speaking to the CongROIDSman in English is like speaking to a brick wall. You ain't getting no where. The ****er is dumber than a bag or marbles.

Obviously defensive people like you cannot generate a decent argument. if you truly believe that intelligence and verbal skills are not correlated than there is no hope for you.

Thank you for this, this is actually pertinent to my question. I was also looking for any examples of Pac doing his work as a congressman. I've seen some videos of him reading statements but no evidence of his native speaking ability much less a debate.

My question wasnt about him making money, it wasnt about his ability as a boxer. I was just curious if he was a total poster boy politician or he had some ability to even be in the political arena.
