Simple question, which of the 3 have the best chance at beating one of the top guys in the division? For me all three have flaws. Barker is a half decent boxer but showed last night he likes to be the tough guy an trade. Without much power, it may get him in trouble. Lee has very good speed and power to match. But he is very stiff and upright at times, and is pretty easy to hit. Macklin is equally easy to hit. He tries to be the 'boxer puncher' but at heart he is a brawler. This wouldn't be so bad, but his power is overrated IMO.

While non would get near beating Martinez, I feel Darren Barker has the best chance at winning a world championship. He is a good boxer if he uses it, and his lack of power can be compensated with his jab and movement (not that he showed much of it last night mind). For me, then it's Lee, his power and speed could trouble most in the division. Macklin for me has the least chance. I dunno, I'm just not that impressed with his new found boxing skills. Sturm will beat him handily (and I'm not Sturms biggest fan by any means).

You should have made this a public poll so everyone could see who voted for who.

To win a world title you have to first get a world title fight. Macklin has one and despite him fighting in Sturms backgarden and being heavy underdog then he has to be favourite to win a world title.

Aw **** I think I voted Macklin by accident.

I think Barker has the best chance, but Lee isn't too far behind.

I think Barker. As you said though lacks a little power. Macklin i think is showing a bit of wear and tear. Lee seems to fight with his heart a bit at times, so my heart says macklin, head says Barker and honestly dont know enough bout lee

I was gonna make it a public poll slip, but we would only see the English voting for Barker, and the Irish trying to decent between Lee and Macklin

I have genuinely tried to put my blind patriotism to one side on this 1 tho. I think both Lee and Barker beat Macklin. I actually think Lee gives Barker nightmares as well, but I still think Barker could outbox a Pirog or Sylvester.

I give any of them a good chance against Sylvester to be honest.

I reckon Macklin will beat Sturm. If Lee fights the winner of Zbik-Chavez then I see him winning one. I dont think Barker will ever win one to be honest.

I'd give Lee the best chance against Sylvester, in fact, I'd pick Andy to KO him.

lets be honest, while lee has the power to stop most and barker has good skills, they are probably both too fragile to take a title off a good fighter (maybe sylvester aside)

macklin is probably just behind both and id say when he gets into the trenches he will revert to type, which is too brave for his own good and will be stopped

Danny Jacobs couldnt outbox Pirog, I dont think Barker can. I think Pirog would ko Barker, dont think Darren could handle his power.

Yeah, if they was to win won, it'll definitely be against Sy. I think Lee might even stop him. I also think Pirog is overrated. People were saying he would be a good fight for Martinez, based solely on his KO of Jacobs!
