    Julio most definitely is Black from a Latino country

    Cotto has better hand speed than given credit for.. Enough to outpoint a still very capable Mosley and out jab him(although not prime). Besides PRs are known for their speed (Camacho,Dejusus,Benitez) just to name a few.
