as opposed to the many boxers that never bother to learn english at all yet have been fighting in america for years and would crossover better if they knew the language?

 

if you are horrible at spanish than you are worse than pac is when he speaks english.

 

Pacquiao speaks Spanish better than English.

 

Pacquiao speaks Scottish better than English.

keep in mind that english isn't even his second language, it's his third. tagalog isn't used much in southern philippines, the language they speak there is completely different from tagalog/filipino.
