Yeah as stupid as he fought, he was getting smashed up and yet still marching forward looking to take Manny out. Hardcore warrior.

I really felt sorry for the Hatton fans who fly to Vegas to show their support too

nobody expected pac to blow out hatton like that, it was either hatton ko or pac late tko or ud. i remember having 2.3 something odds on pac via ko. that was the best pac looked I think. Thats why I always think he would be perfect for 140.

    LMAO....

Yeah dude was broken after that KO and the mayweather KO.....

He self admittedly, cried randomly after mayweather KOed him and then hit the lines and became a junky after Pac whooped him!

But all in all he gave a decent effort..I think he could've tried to swing harder....he seemed a bit gun shy from the jump.

One of the worst showings in a big fight ever. Sad that'll be the last image of Ricky Hatton in the ring. I'd love to see a prime Hatton fighting these 140 pounders today.

I think mayweather Sr. tried to turn hatton into a boxer for that fight..Which was completely beyond stupid..

He should've let hatton do what he does best....smother guys and box dirty....

Hatton seemed hella conflicted during the fight cuz he never kept manny in the clinch, which to me would've given him a huge advantage..

Hatton kept releasing and letting manny get out in an effort to seriously try to outbox him..

    It was idiotic

Why the pity? He still can wipe the floor with any average Joe who is close to his size. He has fame, a lady who most people would consider attractive, and I'm sure he's still doing well financially. Pac landed an incredible shot but he has been knocked out too. It happens to the very best of fighters sometimes. Should we point and laugh at Pac while he was cross-eyed and listening for the ice cream truck after he had been placed on the canvas by Torrecampo? I suppose some of you would.

    It was a perfect shot.

I cant even re watch it. It was so destructive.

I wish he knew he could never beat a pac or mayweather, but then i guess his mentality made him what he is.

Common misconception so let's clear it up again - Hatton was following Lee Beard's advice and Lee Beard's advice only. He ignored Mayweather (incidently he boxed great against Paulie following Snrs plan) and just jumped in with his chin out and no guard. He got sparked because he was reckless although truth be told it looked like Manny would chew him up and spit him out regardless.

Hatton looked like a spectre at the weigh in and was totally conflicted but Lee Beard and Hatton are the ones to 'blame' for what happened in the ring that night not the cheeseburger loving, babbling, toothless fruitloop who couldn't get a word in.

I just remember being so pissed it was my first PPV in a while and I thought this fight would go at least 8 or 9

Hatton looked to have recovered and fought well in round 2 and was getting his legs back and then with very little left in the round one shot and over
