Would much rather see this fight than any potential matchup of the two at 140 and above.

    Pretty much.

I favour Mayweather, but I think Pac really pushes him.

:deal The Floyd that did all short of kill Corrales was an absolute beast. This is also the weight that I was perhaps most impressed with Manny's athletic qualities., he had the speed and power to force the decision over Marquez and to stop Morales in the second fight (I won't mention the needless third fight).

I mean I just think Mayweather displayed his best ever performance at this weight, he was certainly a better 130 fighter than Marquez in my opinion. Threw better combinations, much tighter defence, more power, quicker, beautiful footwork etc Manny brings his better speed and power to the table, his amazing activity and pressure and of course his quick quick feet...

I favour Mayweather by a thin decision in the fight of his life.

    Mayweather at130 ran
rings around 130 pac. If people
dont realise its floyd via tko or
    ud then they seriously
never saw both fighters at this weight.
    If
people say pac would win at 147 i can see
where they are coming frommthough i still
    have floyd via UD

PAc 130 is a beast... he's a brawler and relentless offensive machine. Floyd never fought a non textbook fighter that uses all the angles, throwing multiple combinations.

Pacquiao would have always been a tough style matchup for Floyd. 50/50.

Pac was bloodied by a clash of heads dude, and that was his first fight at 130. Look what happened to Morales when Pac grew into the weight class.

floyd might be the best 130 pounder ever. pacquiao turned into a different fighter at 135 vs diaz when he found his right hand. i'll take floyd at 130 but i just hope the real fight takes place by the end of next year.

A slow, plodding Castillo outboxed and outlanded Mayweather at 135, what do you think Pacquiao would do? :nut You can't compare fighters like that - Morales and Mayweather have totally different styes & mentalities, and go about their work in different ways. It would be a different looking fight. But I agree PBF would be the favorite - Pac was still developing at that point and was still pretty wild. He'd give Floyd problems though, and I wouldn't feel confident picking Floyd.
