Well I know that both Booth and Haye have been seriously pissed off with previous contact with K2. Maybe it goes both ways and is simply an issue of trust.

No excuse to not supply the Sky contract... also they agreed to the ticket allocation and signed the contract... then when they are ready to sell tickets and at the 11th hour...."WAIT WAIT.... we want to change it"... typical Booth moves.... he is inexperienced and unprofessional .. simple as that

Hayemaker have promoted many shows from small town halls to 20,000+ so I find it hard to believe it's down to that. Maybe they arent happy with where their allocation is in the stadium as opposed to numbers. I for one am going to be as close to the action as possible on my budget but I will be very unhappy if the only tickets available to me are "nosebleeds".

The sky contract makes no sense. The deal is surely done so what's the issue. As for tickets, I'm going, I want Haye to win, do I care where I sit?? No! I've bought tickets from foreign sites, no problem to me.

Any idea when Booth will be in Germany to resolve these issues Chef? Reported as this week but no mention of day

NO. All I know is wlad was in Florida and is going to stay there an extra week they go to the presser next week.

After talking to wlad, we are all 99% sure it will work out. What scares people is if more odf this "I want to change the contract" stuff comes up from Haye

as far as the contract... thats what bothers both SKY and K2... where is the contract you were to supply to K2 per the fight contract... as we have all read.. even sky is nervous now... BOOTH is getting on everyones nerves

I remember Bönte saying once that while Don King was a ***** to negotiate with (because he kept insisting on getting options) he was always professional. Bönte said King's people kept deadlines and answered the phones.

Adam Booth is an inexperienced moron who even has his *OWN TV STATION* shaking in their boots. Once Booth is on his period he simply stops answering the phone. Bönte was on record saying Booth was the most unprofessional promoter he has ever worked with :deal

the ticketing deals are being negotiated "right now"...so any disagreements about them would come up "right now"...

not weeks/months ago when the venue hadn't even been decided.

Seriously, Theres always two side to every story! I hear Booth is flying to Germany tomorrow to resolve all issues. There are always little issues and are generally resolved behind closed doors, we dont even get to hear about them but the issue here is that its been publicised for wahtever reason, perhaps it leaked prompting the Haye camp to address or is another stupid tactic.

Its in both camps best interests to make this happen - Simple!
    The fight is ON

That's not true. Adam Smith and Adam Booth were talking fine on Saturday.

And if you want to talk about being unprofessional, name one promoter who has had as many accusations of being shady as K2? Just one.

wrong... they knew it was going to be a stadium... ticket allocation is done on % not on actual number of seats.... its % of seats so it doesnt matter oif it 60,000, or 20,000

X % of tickets to this guy
    X % to that guy
    X % to stadium
    X % to TV

Its being negotiated because Booth wanted to change it... big difference

So Chef in your opinion has Booth been the main contributing factor in making this fight so hard to put together?
