Former triple world champion Jorge "Travieso" Arce has arrived in Las Vegas, Nevada for his fight with Puerto Rico's Wifredo Vazquez Jr. for the WBO superbantamweight title on the Pacquiao-Mosley undercard on Saturday at the MGM Grand. Arce will seek to win his fourth world title in his fourth division and become the first mexican fighter to do so.

Arce, 30 years old, came with his tema headed by Don Manuel Montiel and his children, who were responsible for the training of the Mexican veteran for nine weeks in Los Mochis, Sinaloa.

"I will give you a shock, shock the entire boxing world. Now is the time to bet for me," Arce said. "I am very strong and fast and no matter what that title will be mine. I am a real mexican warrior."

Come on, this is worse than Cotto-Mayorga. Outside of an early body shot KO which has a minimal probability of happening I see no chance for Arce to pull this one off, he's fighting a guy whom he can't hurt in a division he has no business at when he should be enjoying his retirement, I mean if getting hospitalized by Darchinyan 2 divisions lower is not a wake up call dunno what is. Vazquez KO5.

I was really hoping a big performance by Vazquez would then lead to a Donaire fight. Not looking very good right now. Vazquez blows out Arce.

Arce is only 30 ??? That's a shocker ... he can still be at the top for a few years.

He's like Omar Sheika. Boxing turned these dudes into fifty year olds by their thirties.
