he fights anyone everywhere, look at his recent opposition, despite his obvious flaws he always gives 100% and takes on the best, thats why Im a fan and hopes he wins the supersix, he really won me over as a fan, before the tournament I thought he was a loudmouth with average skills, now I think he is awesome.
I used to hate on Froch. In fact, I was actively cheering for Taylor in that fight and was counting down the seconds until a respectable American took the belt from the arrogant Euro. However, now that I've watched every Super Six fight, I realize that Froch is a true warrior and comes to fight. Don't get me wrong, I'll be cheering for Johnson in three weeks. But I RESPECT the hell out of Froch.
Mind telling us why Bute wasn't invited to the super 6? (do you agree that being part of it kinda "helps" you fight the best back to back to back...) I like Froch because he gives good fight and he never gives up.
I like him because he backs up his sh*t talking confidence... Fan of Bute as well, actually have wanted them to fight each other years ago. From what I recall Bute did not join the Super Six Tournament because he had just come off his first victory over Librado Andrade that had controversy surrounding the last minute of the fight. Bute decided to rematch with Andrade for the fans, rather than join the Tournament. It seems most people have either forgotten this, or never paid much attention to the Super Middleweight Division pre-tourney.
Because the sport would be so much better if everyone had Froch's mentality. Lots of fighters are more skilled than he is but how many of them are as eager to fight consistently tough opposition?
He beat Pascal for the vacant title then went to USA and defended it against Jermain Taylor. **** off. Butes biggest gamble was leaving Bell Centre for Pepsi Coliseum. :rofl:rofl:rofl
before the super 6 he fought Taylor in the USA and the fight before that was an undefeated Jean Pascal and before than he fought the guy Bute just fought last month. So the Super 6 is part of it but Froch was always looking to fight the best available fighter.
