Salido is a very capable fighter, watch him comforatbly handling Robert Guerrero a few years back. Gamboa is a bigger style kryptonite for him than Rigo who'd have to force issues more than he likes and I believe that would create opportunities for Orlando. Salido welcomes a counterpuncher because he's hard to time - volume led to his last two losses, and volume punching is not part of Rigondeaux's game. Add size and big fight night weight disadvantage for the Cuban and I see a mighty struggle to a close decision in a less than spectacular 12 rounder. Just not a very good match.
Maybe Rigo knockdown bum type or contender types lightweights. Can Rigo drop JMM or Rios with a body shot?
There is a YouTube vid where rigo is sparring a big guy and played with him, I can't post now cuz I'm on my phone. Also Ronnie says rigo hurts bigger guys in sparring, idk about light weights tho.
