Who wins@ 37years old Johnson/Ali ?

    I always wondered who would win a bout between the 37 year old Jack Johnson who lasted 26rds against Jess Willard in 1915. or the 37 year old Ali of the Leon Spinks ,or Larry Holmes fights.
    This might indicate who would have won both at their best primes. What say you.?

    the johnson of the willard fight has a pretty clear advantage over the ali of the holmes fight, far less so than the ali of the spinks fight.

    still, agree with addie that this doesn't really tell us much about how they do in their primes. both were significantly different fighters in their primes, despite some of their technique remaining intake

    The Johnson of Willard seemed way more preserved than the Ali of Spinks ...of Holmes it would be no contest ...

    The Ali of the Spinks fight would win......just ! The 'Holmes' Ali would lose.
