british media hyping Haye and feeds them bull ,how Wlad was ducking Haye since 2008, so britards think it's all Wlads fault and Haye is the real champion.

That's as good a sign as any?

Altho i'm a bit surprised the promo hasn't begun yet... There is a ringside special due on thursday but that could change to a cooper special in light of his passing.

    Has promo started anywhere else?

Haye don't receive much hype at all over here. Haye harrison generated hype but that was more to do with harrison than anything else.

I've not seen anyone, even haye himself, describe haye as the real champion. You're just nuthuggin here.

So what's going on? Is it still a go?

Famous last words. Haye has been "all good" to fight Wlad and Vitali before -- he and Booth have been known to get skittish at the last minute.

The sad thing is, you can sense a clear enjoyment in some posts that the fight may not happen. You know that Grinderman and Bubby would both love the fight to break down.

    Sad.

But, yeah, I'm just waiting for more news. Hopefully it's nothing. The amount of things which get blown out of proportion by boxing writers is amazing. The quality of journalism in this sport is shockingly poor.

They've also been known to go through with title fights. No point speculating until we have a solid source.

You just don't "Get it". Haye will not fight Wladimir or Vitali. IMO...

I think that, given the fight's history, anyone who isn't a bit skeptical at this point about it taking place is either naive or stupid.

I hope it takes place, but if it doesn't, life goes on.

Gabriel Montoya is generally pretty reliable, so if he is saying something publicly, I'm sure he has a reason to be doing so.

Maybe you need a history lesson? How many times did Vitali pull out of fights? How many fights have Wlad pulled out of?

Both have pulled out of more written contracts than Haye. Fact.
