Who's better: Wlad or Vitali?

Vitali is better. At nearly everything. He's a better boxer. Don't confuse being more orthadox, with being more skilled. Vitali is more skilled than Wlad. Wlad's skill set is very narrow, while Vitali's is wide. Vitali can punch and move, he has more effective footwork, he can throw punches from different angles, he can brawl, he can slip punches. His game plan is not entirely reliant on clinching. Vitali is the tougher, more durable man as well.
Wlad has better power.

 

Vitali is better. Wlad looks like a robot following instructions in that awkward euro style jab jab punch looking stiff like a meathead.

 

If they fought now I think Wlad would win, but prime for prime I'd give it to Vitali.

 

Vitali is a seriously good fighter, Wlad is a seroiusly good athlete. Put Vitali's head on Wlad and you have a Champ who wins all his fights by brutal murder.

 

easily, wlad. he is younger, faster, hits harder and is way harder to hit.

 

even though I work for both guys..... I would have to say Wlad

He can do all things better and Wlad never quit in a fight.

Wlad wants to rematch Sanders. But Vitali does not let Wlad rematch Sanders, that´s the difference. Since Wladimir is with Emanuel Steward, Wladimir takes care of his own career and such things would never happened. In 2003 Wladimir has no chance to do so. No trainer, no promoter who did what he wants.

IMO Wlad does not fight against one opponent, he fights against one opponent and his brother in the corner.

If Wlad could have work with Steward from the begin of his career, Wladimir where miles away from Vitali. Only because of Wladimirs losses, people fought Vitali is better.

Vitali is a "better" fighter after the fight is called off. He shows it against Lewis, i called this bad sportsmanship. Wladimir would never act like this. Against Solis Wladimir holds his brother back, he wants to attack Solis on the canvas. I hate such reaction from every boxer. It shows bad sportsmanship.

 

Wlad is significantly better.

 

Vitali is better in all facets with exception of speed. Vitali is a great counter puncher, something Wlad rarely, if ever, does...Wlad looks prettier throwing punches but, Vitali is the better fighter and better boxer...

How did Chris embarass him?? By losing practically every round and jumping around like a chicken? pls explain this one

 

vitali was killing byrd but pulled out cause of a shoulder injury... sanders brutalised vlad and was later brutalized by vitali. purrity killed vlad and vitali finished him off... vitali has highest ko percentage ever (im not counting haye because he has only had 5 fights at heavyweight)...and vitali has never been knocked out or even dropped... the lewis fight was stopped due to the cut...but lewis is a top 5 ATG and most will agree even he feared a rematch with vitali...vlad is psychologically not as strong, has worse stamina but better skills and power... i still think vitali is better by far

 

Vitali is the better of the two. Vlad's style looks better though.............
