Sorry Chef but that is completely wrong. The plan was to fight and beat Waldo to promote Setanta and take a good share of the broadcast sports market in England. Setantas demise affected Hayemaker more than people realise. Haye lost a promotional contract and 4 fight deal for £13m. Not to mention most of his stable of fighters.
