    Floyd by UD or TKO.

Floyd will counter the hell out of Ortiz, all night long.

    Floyd already beat Ortiz mentally.

Good fight and I think Ortiz wins a couple of rounds, but he's a front runner. No matter what, Do not get tired against Mayweather. As soon as you do, an ass whooping is following. Ortiz is a perfect tune-up for Pacquiao though because of his stance, power, speed and work rate he showed early in the fight.

Floyd will break him down though in the end and when he starts to gas, Mayweather will break dat ass :good

I actually give Ortiz a very good chance if Mayweather has slowed down. Most likely Floyd by UD but Ortiz is a pressure fighter that hits harder and is faster than Castillo. Very dangerous fight for Floyd...most dangerous guy out there that isn't Pac or Martinez.

Floyd should win because Ortiz has no jab. The bombs away will work against Berto on his heels but not vs Floydamus. This should be a piece of cake for Floyd as Ortiz has only fought at Welterweight once and is completely outclassed.

Khan missed out big time by not making a fight vs Ortiz happen right after he beat Berto.

Mayweather could easily knock him out, but it would make more sense to carry him just to get the rounds in. Floyd UD 12 with a few knockdowns

Based on what? Him getting dropped by Maidana and monster punches from Berto? Floyd don't fight that way.

I'm sorry but Ortiz will get outclassed in this fight.. he should focus on Aydin or Maidana first or even Bradley.. after two/ three fights he could beat Mayweather.. possibly.... or if Mayweather gets old

IF, the fight did actually happen Floyd will win a UD.

The axe murderer ww version of Ortiz will probably keep it interesting for a few rounds, but Floyd has a proven iron jaw, so if Ortiz does land a big shot here and there, it wont be enough. Floyds jab alone will give Ortiz fits.
